Our Response to COVID-19

COVID-19

Burlington Dental Centre
Dental Practices are classified as ESSENTIAL! We are Open to serve you and your family!
With the Ontario government announcing a second state of emergency, this does not alter the care we are providing in our dental practice. We continue to provide dental appointments for non-essential and elective services with adherence to strict safety protocols, including pre-screening and temperature checks, maintaining social distancing, mask enforcement and all PPE to ensure the safety of our team and patients, as set out by the guidelines of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO), College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO) and the Ontario Ministry of Health.

Our safety protocols include:

All staff members and patients are required to wear a mask, except when receiving treatment.
Frequent sanitization of high touch areas
Mandatory pre-screening and temperature checks for staff and patients prior to entering the clinic and receiving treatment.

Social distancing is required at all times, with exception to the pre-screening process and when receiving treatment.

We schedule a limited amount of patients at any given time to ensure social distancing can be enforced
HEPA filter installed in all operatories to purify and circulate clean air in the rooms
Operatories are fully enclosed to prevent the spread of bacteria
We are happy to announce that we have resumed operations and are currently booking appointments. Yours and our safety is extremely important to us so we are staying up-to-date on all regulation changes and recommendations in real time.
